It was well written, but I think Iruka's a bit OOC here. I can see him being broken up about Kakashi leaving, but I don't think he'd be as fragile as to start cutting himself. Self-inflicted pain isn't exactly something honorable, and I'd give the man a little more credit. Other than that, I can't wait to see how Genma features into this.
