(is much more satisfied with this ending in comparison to the last chapter's) FINALLY! Some tangible (yet twisted) proof that things really are moving forward with those two.

Y'know, every time I read about Sai, I can't help but wonder if there's some tragic story around him or if he's simply supposed to be the school bully and little else.

Sasuke... *Macho, macho man, I've got to be, a macho man* XD How manly of him to protect his woman... man... ahm... I mean Naruto. :D And the kiss... finally... Can't wait to see the rumor spread. *evil grin*
At some point I thought you would make Sasuke a depressed teen, who cuts himself. But you didn't, fortunately. I'm curious why does he needs medicines, though.
This chapter was great, and long. :) I love long chapters. And Deidara is so cool. <3 I want to know why does he know Sasuke... it must have to do something with Itachi. I have to re-read the first chapters again, I don't remember the little details. o.O
But Naruto didn't kissed back. :( I hope he'll make up for it in the next few chapters. :D
