"The Door of Need" - an exquisite chapter. Love the use of the actual door as an analogy and the rhythmn of Shika's descent. Fantastic writing - smooth and gripping.

Now this is certainly one of the most dirtiest one of Shikamaru and I like it. And you know what, when I read about his father finding him in that place, all I can think is, what will he feel, finding his son like this and I could not wait for him to see them. Now Shikamaru is on a new path and I wonder how this one will go.

I'm such an addict to Shika stories....I loved this. :3 Very nice. I like Shika angst lots, and you wrote this very well. :3!!! It wasn't random, and yet it was....I dunno, it just seemed like it was random, yet it could happen? Meh. This is meant to be a positive review in any case, so enjoy my praise!
