I noticed one mistake I had to point out and it was in vocabulary usage. Calvary (which you used) is a christian term. The word you needed was cavalry.
I don't like harem fics usually but since you're mixing it up, this is gonna be one I'd love to see more of.

I really like the direction of your story and how you twisted some of the anime's background stories to develop relationships for your version of Naruto. I wouldn't presume to tell an author how to write their story, but please leave Naruto out of yaoi situations.
