Technically, a tracheOStomy is used to keep a patent airway. A tracheOtomy is just the act of making an opening for exploration/inserting an airway device.

I thought this was very cute. You had the characters the way they should be. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait to see what else you can come up with for my 2 favorite naruto boys.
