You write very well. This story is a lot more visceral than most, as well, which made me wonder whether you might be a medical student or something... My one qualm is with the use of "blood-saturated cock" as it jars a little- the word "blood" feels incongruous and draws too much attention to itself in the context. But other than that I really enjoyed this :)

Okay. Wow. This was amazing. Just flat out amazing. I was on the edge of my seat totally drawn into it and grinning like an idiot throughout. I have to say that the Itachi/Sasuke was almost as hot (as short a part as it was) as the overall Kakashi/Sasuke...
