please tell us you are not really serious about this being a one-shot? this sure deserves continuation and iruka and kakashi, from what i got from the first chapter, really deserve their happy ending - preferably soon. thanks for sharing this. the angst was very well-written and not particularly heavy because of the hope and determination in iruka's character. :D
