I loved it! :) I especially liked Iruka in this plus I really liked the AU setting, I haven't read many lately and this was a great change ^_^ It's too bad it's a oneshot it have been a great setup for a story.
A couple of little spelling mistakes and I know they're nitpicky but they jumped out while I was reading-
'Kakashi pressed his forehead to the rough bricks and it down on his lip.' (bit)
'Kakashi let out a low his as he adjusted...' (hiss)
I know they aren't that big of a deal but I figured they would be easily fixable, I hope you don't mind me pointing them out :) Great job on the story.
