Hate to say it but Iruka is a bit slow if they've been friends for years and he never realized that Kakashi was bi. It's forgivable though since I think we all become a little clueless when it comes to our crushes. It's a good thing one of them was willing to take the risk, really how long could they have gone on^^ It was a sweet little oneshot, I also liked how the team acted with each other, reminds me of the early manga which is probably still my favourite part :)
