I'm quite a fan of NTR and MC stories, so it's cool to see you combine those two.
For the next girl(s) I would really like to see Kushina (she's my fav) and/or Ino.
Two things I'm not all that fond of however, I know you said you're writing this story on your phone, but still, maybe try using a spell checker? There are a few available for mobile (and free).
Second, but maybe that's just me, the 'Dialog Name Tags'. Naruto: ..., Hinata: ... etc. I personally prefer a more 'immersive' style. Hinata said ..., ... shouted Naruto and so on. But that's just personal preference I guess.
Still, I can't wait for the next chapter!
