In short, it doesn't pull any punches - it turns a character (any character, without distinction) into a sex god which proceeds to please any weak-willed women (all women; 'cause all a woman needs is cock, apparently) while at the same time turning every male character into a four inch quickshot that couldn't give a fuck less if their significant other gets off.
tl;dr - You're expecting way too much out of this and any story written by BitterNTR. At this point, an author who's sacrificing quality for quantity.
Damn this first chapter was great, I can't wait to see how hot the next chapter is and I hope choji and Lee get some action.
