Well everyone thank you for reading so far and I havn't forgotten to finish this story. Right now i'm trying to find time to watch shippuden episode 51 and 52 before I continue. The only problem is I have to wait till I have highspeed. So yes sorry for the wait but, I promise as soon as i do watch it I will finish up chpt. 4 quickly and post.
