Soft Hands
I was not sure where to place this, or if it was okay. So, I hope you enjoy.
(Hehehe, due to the confusion I edited to make clear who was who. its Gaara/Naruto. ^_^ Sorry!!!! please forgive me!)
Soft hands carry me down, to the blissful sleep I have found.
Never asking anything of me,
Accepting everything of me.
Soft hands that hold my own, while I gaze up to the night.
Keeping me on the ground, for I am afraid I might fall down.
Soft hands wrap around me tight, keeping me warm in a frigid night.
Never letting go, always so right.
Soft hands wipe across my forehead, while a soft voice whispers to me.
Keeping me well when I am sick, soothing me when I need it.
But these soft hands are gone, leaving me alone at night.
The voice that accompanied them has left.
As well as those eyes, the ones whom I could not lie to.
And that smile that always came to brighten my day,
Is now a permanent frown.
Locked deep into the earths brown grasp.
That person that I had, who kept me together and never sad.
That person I relied on and cared has left me.
I want to ask why, why is that person gone.
Then I relies, they never left.
Because when the autumn winds blows cold, those hand ghost around my own.
And when I’m feeling blue, sunlight chases away my gloom.
And when I scared and cannot sleep, the trees whisper to me.
And when I’m lonely and afraid, I feel as if, they’ve never left.
So when I look into my mirror, and see green eyes staring back, I imagine on the other side, is a pair of blue ones, smiling back.
